Happy Friday to you all! I just want to remind you to be conscious of your thoughts on this wonderful weekend coming up! After two weeks of internet outages, blizzards, 4 feet of snow, and kids being home from school, I am MORE than excited for retrograde to be over! :)
This last two weeks has reminded me that I am the observer of my thoughts - we all are just the observer of our thoughts. We are not our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies, we are the energy observing and working with it all.
So, remember, when you are in your mind too often and the thoughts just won't stop - simply observe. Don't attach emotions or feelings to these thoughts... just observe. Without guilt, grief, or shame.. let the thoughts flow in and out easily, just like your breath. Let yourself actively think about the positives, your gratitude list, your joys, your excitement, let yourself feel good even through the chaos.
This is the fastest way to get yourself back into alignment and on track with where you are aiming for. To anchor in your preferred identity and timeline!

Let yourself ease into the habits and mannerisms of your ideal timeline and self. This is about you - you get to choose how you feel and who you are... it starts with your identity, your subconscious, and your thoughts.. so work with the easiest one first and the next step will be made clear <3
