We are just a small shop with window service only. We've been open for a few years but we were just going by the seat of our pants. We even had to google how to scoop when we first opened. I feel now there is no question too silly and everyone is very willing to answer and give suggestions. Thank you Craft A Creamery community and Chelsea for seeing the need and doing something about it.

I opened my business 2 years ago. I spent the first year wandering in the dark, making mistakes and headed toward bankruptcy. After joining Craft a Creamery last year, Chelsea and this amazing community gave me clarity and a path to move forward with strategies that worked. I look forward to our live Zoom meetings every month where we have direct access to ask Chlesea and other Skool memebers questions and share experiences.

Joining this group has been an amazing experience.From the beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, supportive, and always willing to answer my questions. I knew nothing about the ice cream business when I started in 2021. I found Craft a Creamery while researching ice cream businesses, and wow! I’ve taken the cake class and learned so many other valuable tips from Chelsea and the other owners. Tomorrow is the last day of our 5th season, and this season brought my biggest growth yet—$20,000 more in gross sales than last year! (We’re only open 4 months.) I highly recommend this group. There’s no better place to get advice, learn, and share ideas.
