Just a little something to bring a smile to your day.
That moment when someone says, "CQC are coming", and your entire body goes into fight or flight.
📚 When you have 47 tabs open, three unread WhatsApps from staff, and someone asks if you have "a minute".
☕ Your tea has been sitting there for 45 minutes. It is cold. Again. You don't care anymore.
📋 "Just a quick care plan update, — said no one who has ever updated a care plan.
👀 The look you give when someone says, "We've always done it this way."
📱 When your phone buzzes at 7 pm, and you already know it's work before you even look at it
💤 "I'll just finish this audit before I go home." (It is now 8:30 pm.)
🙃 When a family member says, "I've been doing some research online", and you take a very deep breath.
🎉 When a service user smiles at you, and suddenly every hard day is absolutely worth it.
That last one is why we are all here, isn't it?
