Hey Cowgirl Life Co.! 🐴 I’m Alicia, and I am so glad you’re here. I’ve been a horsewoman my whole life. Horses aren’t just what I do, they’re who I am. But a few years ago the loss of my heart horse took me away from them, and I had to find my way back. Not just physically. But in my confidence, my identity, my sense of myself as a horsewoman. That journey changed everything. It’s why I became a certified hypnotherapist, an Ayurvedic health coach, and a 500-hour yoga teacher. It’s why I built Cowgirl Life Co. And it’s why I created this community, for the horsewoman who knows there’s more in her. Who isn’t done yet. My horse Goldie taught me the most important thing I know. No matter what I ask of her, she always says yes. 🐴 Now it’s your turn.
