Welcome to Cosmo Talks in Spirit. Cosmo is my spiritual teacher from the heavenly fourth dimension.
Before we go anywhere into deeper spiritual understanding, we must begin with something very simple — something most people have never truly examined.
You are more than your physical body.
Most of us have been taught to believe that we are our brain, our thoughts, our emotions — that everything about us is contained within the physical body.
But that is not my experience.
And perhaps, if you reflect carefully, it is not fully yours either.
