Most of us aren’t anxious because something is wrong with us.
We’re anxious because we’re forcing ourselves to live in ways our bodies never agreed to.
Anxiety is energy trapped in the body.
It’s your system saying slow down, pay attention, something here isn’t being heard.
We wake up and immediately plug into noise. Screens. Messages. Pressure. We override hunger, fatigue, intuition, emotion. We keep going even when the body is begging for a pause.
So the body tightens.
Breath gets shallow.
Thoughts race.
Sleep gets weird.
The nervous system stays braced like danger is coming, even when nothing is happening.
That’s anxiety.
Not a flaw. A response.
So how can we fix it?
Coming soon…
