Organic Farming
A discussion came up in another group about organic farming and whether it is legit as far as the certification.
I know that there are farms that care and will follow all the rules as perfectly as possible
I am sure that there are fams that get the certification and do poorly at following the practices.
It makes me wonder how well it is monitored whether a farm is following the rules or not.
