Hi Coaches, I consulted with someone today and she mentioned that it would be hard for her and her husband to offer a Wellness Day for their employees that would take them away from their duties for more than 2 hours. That this time is money.
This was surprising to me, since she was a wellness professional and offered programs to big companies in the form of group fitness classes, and personal training services on site for companies in her past career.
With this my questions is, have you had any issues in the past with employers feeling the same way?
How do you structure your wellness days?
- People coming and going throughout the event scheduled hours at their own times.
- All participants come during the whole event.
