I was told by a prospective CEO, who used to be my PT client many years ago, (so we have a great relationship) that his crew was great, that he didn't see any productivity issues, no claims of burnout, etc. The way he put it to me pretty much everything was fine and dandy. So yesterday I did what suggested and I asked ChatGPT to "gather simple data for the main pain points for employees in XWZ company. The objective is to highlight those to the CEO to open awareness for the need to implement a health and wellness program that fit their needs". Oh my gosh, and the data that it generated (from Glassdoor and Indeed) was not good. His team is not happy, overworked, overwhelmed, and underpaid. I feel this tool and suggestion to offer an analysis of the state of the business as an added service to then find the right solutions for his team, it's a great approach. Thanks In fact, I ran the same analysis for a call I have today with an HR Director who said "we have access to quite a few wellness programs, having said that, I am open to chat" So wish me good luck!
