Quick one for today.
➡️❓When life feels like too much, what do you reach for first? Genuinely asking, not one of those questions with a lesson hiding behind it. For me it used to be the to do list. Add one more job and suddenly there is no time left to feel the first thing, It is just the fastest thing your body found to keep you moving. Because busy is easier than feeling what is actually there the moment you stop. Vote below. Then tell me in the comments if it is something else entirely. What do you reach for when it feels like too much?

"Ignorance is bliss" - or is it really?
I spent over three decades in high-pressure work before I understood what nervous system regulation actually meant. I wish I’d had something like this back then. My ignorance cost me my health - physically and mentally. It resulted in creating strain on my relationships. It lead me to total burnout and PTSD about work pressure and looming deadlines. If I had had access to a programme like this 5 years ago, I could have (probably) avoided my autoimmune disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I could have worked on rebuilding my relationship with my sons and my husband a lot earlier. I’m glad you’re here now. Making the decision to start this programme is your first step in the right direction. Don't be me - do the work, prioritise you. You won't regret it.
Sunday Reflection
Sunday reminds us that growth isn't measured by how busy we were, but by who we're becoming. Take a moment tonight. Reflect on what you've learned. Release what no longer serves you. Step into the new week with intention. Small shifts. Big transformation.

Sunday Reflection
Before the week starts, I want you to know this❗️
Here's something worth knowing about gratitude before your week starts. It's not a positivity practice but rather a nervous system tool. When you're in life and everything feels uncertain, your brain defaults to scanning for what's wrong. What's missing, what's changing because it is part of our biology. Gratitude interrupts that loop. Not by pretending things are fine but by giving your nervous system real evidence that something good is also true. ❣️One true thing is enough to shift your state. 🗳️ POLL: What feels most real for you right now? ➡️Drop your answer below. ✨I'm excited for what this week holds for us. Cheering you on, Lindi 🧡

Word of encouragement....
A quick reminder for the CORE community... Growth isn't always comfortable. Sometimes slowing down feels harder than staying busy. Sometimes becoming aware of old patterns feels uncomfortable. Sometimes the work feels challenging because you're doing something different. But that's often a sign that change is happening. Every time you practice, every time you pause, every time you choose a new response, you're building a stronger foundation. Keep going. The work you're doing today is creating the capacity you'll be grateful for tomorrow. You've come too far to stop now. Trust the process. Stay consistent. It's worth it. 💙 What's been your biggest breakthrough or insight so far during the CORE journey?
