You Don’t Need More Pressure
Most people think they need more motivation.
But sometimes what you actually need is a reset.
When your nervous system is overloaded, you don’t make choices from clarity.
You react from stress.
You overthink.
You feel tired.
You lose focus.
You snap quicker.
You disconnect from yourself.
