Day 15: Tuesday, September 15th
💜DAY 15: HAVE YOU BEEN LEAVING YOURSELF? Today’s journal prompts: 1. Where have I chosen keeping someone else comfortable over being honest with myself? 2. What part of myself have I been abandoning in order to feel loved, accepted, needed, or chosen? This one is deeper. Sometimes self-abandonment doesn't look dramatic. It looks like swallowing what you wanted to say. Laughing when something actually hurt. Saying “it's okay” when it wasn't. Making yourself smaller so somebody else wouldn't feel uncomfortable. And baby, we're not beating ourselves up for any of it. Maybe that version of you learned that this was how she stayed loved. But now that you can see it, you get to decide whether you still want to live that way. That's where the next part of this journey begins. With Love, Ms. Moe C. Banks

Day 14: Monday, September 14th
💜 DAY 14: WHEN YOUR YES REALLY MEANS NO Today’s journal prompts: 1. Where am I saying yes while something inside of me is saying no? 2. What am I afraid my “no” will cost me? Their approval? The relationship? Being called selfish? Someone being disappointed in you? Peace that was never really peace because keeping it required you to betray yourself? Today, don't force yourself to start saying no. First, I want you to notice why you've been afraid to. Because once you understand the fear, you can stop letting it quietly make every decision for you. With Love, Ms. Moe C. Banks

Day 2: Wednesday September 2nd
💜 DAY 2: WHAT HAS YOUR ATTENTION? Today’s journal prompts: 1. The thing occupying the most space in my mind is… 2. The thing I haven’t said out loud is… Write the truth before your mind starts editing it into something more acceptable. You don’t have to share your answer with anyone. But today, stop hiding it from yourself. With Love, Ms. Moe C. Banks
Week 1: How am I? Really?
💜 WELCOME TO DAY ONE OF 30 DAYS OF HEALING Week One: How Am I, Really? Before we change anything, we have to become honest about what is already here. Not the answer we give at work. Not the answer we give our family. Not the automatic “I’m fine.” The REAL answer. This week, we are not judging our feelings, rushing ourselves to heal, or trying to fix everything. We are simply creating enough quiet to hear ourselves again. Move slowly. Write honestly. Share only what feels safe. We’re not fixing anything yet. We’re just noticing. Welcome home. With Love, Ms. Moe C. Banks 💜
Day 11: Friday, September 11th
💜 DAY 11: CHECK YOUR BODY Today’s journal prompts: 1. Who or what consistently leaves me feeling drained, tense, anxious, or heavy? 2. What might my body be trying to tell me that my mind keeps explaining away? Your mouth may say, “I'm fine.” Your mind may say, “It wasn't that serious.” Meanwhile your shoulders are up to your ears, your stomach is in knots, and you're exhausted after every interaction. Your body gets a vote too. Today, listen to it. With Love, Ms. Moe C. Banks
