Hey Dads, heading into a new week let’s aim to be a little better than last.
What was something you struggled with last week and what are you aiming to achieve this week?
I’ll go first, last week I was unintentional with screen time and spend more hours on the devices last week then I would like.
This week be more present focus on getting in my daily workouts and all screen time to be purpose driven not mindless scrolling.
