DAY 1: Introduce Yourself & Declare Your Goal
Task: Post an intro in the Day 1 thread. Share: - Your name - Where you're from - Why you want to sell art on eBay - Your goal (extra $500/month? $2,000/month? Replace your job?) - How much time you can commit per week - Tag 2 Accountability Partners In Your Post Below Bonus: Share one fear or doubt you have about starting. Let the community help you overcome it. Why:You're not alone. This community is here to support you. When you declare your goal publicly, you're 10x more likely to follow through. *Tag Any Accountability Partner From This Community to Help You Stay on Track. Proof Format: DAY 1: I'm [name] from [location]. I want to sell art on eBay because [reason]. My goal is [goal]. I can commit [X] hours per week. My biggest fear is [fear]." - Example
DAY 2: Research eBay — Find 10 Sold Paintings
Task:Go to eBay. Search "original acrylic painting" or "original canvas art." Filter by SOLD listings (left sidebar). Find 10 paintings that sold and screenshot them. Post the screenshots in the Day 2 thread and share: - What subjects sold (animals, landscapes, flowers, abstracts, portraits) - What sizes sold - What price range you're seeing ($50? $150? $200?) - What style catches your eye that you'd want to try Bonus: Find one painting that sold for over $100 and break down why you think it sold. Why:This is real. People are buying art on eBay every single day. You need to see the proof with your own eyes before you believe it. This research shows you exactly what buyers want. Proof Format: "DAY 2: Here are 10 paintings that sold on eBay. [Screenshots]Subjects I saw: [list]Price range: $[X] - $[X]Style I want to try: [style]One that sold for $100+: [screenshot] — I think it sold because [reason]." - Example
DAY 4: Paint Your First Piece — 30 Minutes Max
Task:Paint something. Pick a simple subject: - A sunset - A flower - An animal silhouette - An abstract design - Copy something you saw in your Day 2 research Rules: - Set a timer for 30 minutes MAX - Don't overthink it - Don't restart - Sign it when you're done (yes, even if you think it's ugly) Post a photo of your finished painting in the Day 4 thread. Bonus: Post a side-by-side of your reference image and your painting. Why: Done is better than perfect. Your first painting is never about quality. It's about proving to yourself that you can do it. Every successful seller in this community started with a "bad" first painting. Proof Format: "DAY 4: Here's my first painting. [Photo]Subject: [what you painted]Time: [X] minutes Reference image: [optional photo]How I feel about it: [honest reaction]" - Example
