Ok sauce
When I moved to France from the UK, I missed Chinese takeaway, and especially chicken in ok sauce, a few years later and it's possible to find anything on the Internet and after a quick search I discovered a sad truth. Ok sauce is not Chinese at all , it's made by the Coleman's mustard company in the UK and was developed to suit colonial taste in Hong Kong.
What's the sauce you would crave for?
