Chicken Wing Soup
I had set out a package of chicken wings
to have fried wings. Plans changed so I threw them in a pot to cook. After cooking I put in fridge and put broth in a separate container. 2 days later I deboned the chicken and then I had to decide what to do. I have an onion. I have some carrots. I have some potatoes. SOUP !
I sauté the onions then added the carrots and potatoes. I then added the broth I put in fridge. It had turned to a gel. I also had some leftover broth so I added it too.
Salt, pepper, oregano, and a few bay leaves. Let all that cook for about 1 hour. I then reduced the heat added the chicken and some leftover egg noodles. Pushed the noodles down so wet, put the lid on and let simmer for 30 minutes.
This turned out so good. Great flavor.
