It's too quiet in here Dads!
I know you guys are all Dads and you are busy!!! But here is the truth. Our daughters need us to be our best. To lead by the example we set for them. Not to teach them but to guide them. I just went to reach out to an awesome dad on skool who started his group for men the same time I did mine. But guess what its archived. Its gone. Poof over. It's gone and I refuse to allow that to happen to myself and you guys. Right now this is free and will remain that way for all of you in here currently. My gift to you. Once it goes paid and becomes an even more sacred and safe space to share it will be even better. Now He had 25 men in there LOOKING for a safe space to connect. To chat. To relax. Searching for just one or 2 guys that would have his back. To share ideas and thoughts in a safe and supportive community of men. But they lost it. Now we here are a bit unique we are ALL ONLY dads with daughters. You may have sons also but at LEAST ONE daughter. That is what makes this space sacred. Why it matters to me more than anything. We get to help each other grow through THAT SPECIFIC journey. The highs and lows of it all! I been on the long road of Raising my girls since 2015. Having lost my own Father in 2004. I know we need this space and I know we need each other. Even now more than ever. My #1 goal for all of you in here is to "make a friend" Whatever that looks like for you. I hope to be that friend to each of you and I will. there are 24 of you founding fathers in here with me and I will be here all the way. Just ask or tell me what you need and I will look to provide the resource or the guidance. I have plenty of both. :) Start here. Drop a comment below and tag another dad. Say hi. Find a common thread and let's connect and have conversations. Hence my goal for The Conversation Corner. LFG Dads! You got this!

The book is Literally FREE
So one thing I hear all the time from Dads is "I dont read books" My assumption today is that since you are in this community you have not said that before. Regardless the other small hurdle was apparently paying the $5.99 it costs right now on Amazon to get it shipped for free and in your hands. So I decided to include the PDF version of Father Daughter Conversations in this skool group for all of you to consume. Which as you know being a founding member also are in this group for FREE for Lifetime as long as you remain a member. Once we hit 75 Girl Dads in here I will transition into a paid group. Until then invite 2 dads you love to join us here and GO READ THE BOOK. It is located in the Classroom. When you are done come back here and comment ONE thing that impacted you most from it. Thanks and I'm honored to help you build a better relationship with your daughters.

Hi Dad Staying close to a daughter who has stopped talking about school can feel hard. And if an ADHD or dyslexia diagnosis is part of her story, you may wonder how to talk about it without making her feel like something is wrong with her. That’s why I want to introduce you to my friend Katie. She has a cool guide that shows you how to talk with your child about an ADHD or dyslexia diagnosis and help her see she’s not the problem. I wanted to share it with you! Click here to get the guide from Katie. ‘Your Daughter Has a Diagnosis, Now What?’ -Jason

You're building a life for your family. Are you getting to enjoy it?
I talk a lot about what it means to be a present father. Not just providing for our children, but being there for the everyday stuff. The conversations, the questions, the moments when they need our attention. And here's something I've noticed. For dads who run businesses, there's a particular challenge. You build the business to give your family a better life. But somewhere along the way, you become the person everything depends on. The clients need you. The team needs you. The decisions keep coming. And your family ends up getting whatever time and energy is left. That's why I wanted to introduce you to my friend Jim Brenner. Jim is a private adviser to founders and business owners, and he has a line that sums up his work beautifully: "My client has built a business that depends on him. I help him build a successful life that doesn't depend on him holding everything together." Jim's philosophy is that we spend years building systems for our businesses but often leave the way we actually live to chance. He helps founders redesign how they personally operate so they can keep building something significant without being consumed by it. He's created a free diagnostic called the System Score. It helps you look at how well your life is currently set up, where things might be slipping, and what could be worth changing. If you're a dad running a business and sometimes wonder whether all that hard work is giving you the life you actually want, I'd encourage you to take a look. Take Jim's free System Score Because the goal isn't simply to build a successful business. It's to build a life you actually like. Jason
