Not every collision is personal.
There’s a lesson called the empty boat.
When something hits you, anger rises.
But when you realize the boat is empty, the anger fades.
Nothing changed—except the story you told yourself.
Most hurt doesn’t come from what happened,
but from the meaning we attach to it.
Not every insult was meant to hurt you.
Not every delay was meant to block you.
Not every silence was meant to dismiss you.
Sometimes the boat is empty—
distraction, limitation, or circumstance.
Choose peace.
Respond, don’t react.
