A Go Live Challenge = are you up for it?
I was approached by a collegue from Spain to request that my coaching group join in on a spontaneous go live challenge. My immediate reaction was -"nope not me - I am too time poor.....etc etc etc..." I had lots of excuses not to do this. However the thought came to me - progress comes on the other side of discomfort. So I relented and said "Yes".
Would you like to support the challenge? I am going live on my main business page : www.facebook.com/lifewedesign and it will be in around this time every day. (subject to change with life demands)
This is my Day 1 video of my live. which I downloaded after completing.
Fun fact: Did you know that facebook now deletes go lives after a couple of weeks, so if you do a good go live, then download the live to reuse the content.
