Making Your Application Noticeable
The job market seems especially hard to get into at the moment - so how can you make yourself more noticeable in a sea of applicants?
First off- know who you are applying to. Do some research! Generic applications blend into the background, but catered applications make it seem like you are speaking directly to the employer. Do some research about the goals and required skills that are specifically for the job you are going for.
I'd like to hear your opinions - how else can you make your application stand out?
