People think you need to perform perfectly in an interview. In reality, perfection is a red flag - you are only human and you are expected to make mistakes! It's what you do with those mistakes that tells an employer if you are an ideal candidate or not. You don't need to "fake it till you make it", you need to emphasise your strengths and recognise ways to work with your weaknesses.
