Why Workflow First Thinking is the Key to AI in Construction

I posted this a little while ago now but the foundation behind remains. Ultimately getting the most out of AI in construction is properly looking at the workflows you do and applying AI to the areas where it actually excels at. There are lots of aspect where the human should be involved making the judgement calls and steering the ship.

The big change from this video is now Claude is the clear winner with it's skills to be able to define the workflows to actually produce predictable reliable results.
