What is your niche and how do you get new leads?

Hey guys, I'm Tim. Two years ago I started a roofing company with my partner. A year ago he moved out of state and left me running it solo with a couple of websites and leads still coming in.

Instead of letting it slow down I went the other way. I teamed up with a few roofers and we built out a full set of systems for getting and keeping leads. Right now it's pulling around 50 leads a day for us, every day, mostly on autopilot.

Took a lot of trial and error to get there but it finally just works.

Now I'm curious what niche you guys are in and how you're getting your leads, maybe I can pick up something new. I've been stuck at the same lead numbers for about 2 months and I want to break that ceiling, so if you've had similar experience and figured it out, drop a comment with what worked for you. Happy to share what's actually working on our end too.
