But true wellness starts internally. The way we think, speak to ourselves, rest, process emotions, and protect our peace affects every part of our lives — our bodies, relationships, purpose, and energy. Healing the mind looks different for everyone. Sometimes it’s therapy. Sometimes it’s prayer. Sometimes it’s journaling, nature, nourishing foods, movement, silence, boundaries, or simply allowing yourself to slow down without guilt.
