The more you hold on to a thought, the denser it becomes, the denser it becomes, the more tangible it becomes, the now tangible thought is felt as an emotion, your body then reacts to the emotion, creating a full blown trust in that thought which has now become your new belief. So what Tiger? Well, if your body is feeling heavy, if your emotions are low, look at what thoughts you may be holding on to. They don't just disappear once they've got into your body. You can always create a happier you. Just check your beliefs...they may not be serving you 😊
