Monday Check-in: Weekly recap!
How often do you ride?
Let’s kick off the week with a quick check-in: How often do you ride each week? Whether it’s once a week or five times a week, every ride counts—but if you’re looking to make steady progress in the saddle, riding at least once a week is ideal. That’s when your body starts remembering what you practiced last time, and your confidence has a chance to grow ride to ride. That said… you don’t have to be in the saddle to make progress. Mindset is something you can work on every day. Even five minutes of focused reflection or intention-setting can make a big difference the next time you ride. 👇 Drop a comment: - How often do you ride each week?
