I’m passionate about leadership — especially the kind that builds confidence from the inside out. With over 15 years leading teams in the welfare and justice sectors, often with involuntary clients, I’ve learned what real leadership looks like under pressure.
I didn’t start out confident. I was quiet, unsure of myself, and my voice used to shake in meetings. But I showed up, did the work, and rose through the ranks through competence and consistency.
No one taught me how to lead — I had to figure it out along the way. Now, I help others build authentic leadership that’s grounded in who they are, not who they think they need to be.
I’m especially interested in how men and women lead differently, and how we can support leaders to show up with confidence, clarity, and presence.
If you’re ready to grow — even if you’re not sure where to start — you’re in the right place
