Instructions:
"Look back at the struggles and goals you wrote earlier. Now, turn them into a 1-2 sentence purpose that answers this question:
What is your why when it comes to life and building that confidence?
My example:
"My why is to overcome fear, build authentic relationships, and inspire others to create a meaningful, fulfilling life while spreading positivity and confidence"
Keep this around somewhere where you can see it consistently. Always remind yourself of why you’re doing it so you never give up.
