Today, I chose to pause.
After posting…
After branding…
After taking an exam for a new chapter in Behavioral Health…
I stepped away.
Not because everything was done, but because I was and for a moment, I let the ocean remind me.
You can be building and still breathe.
You can be growing and still rest.
You can be becoming and still celebrate where you are.
So many times, we move straight to the next thing.
The next goal.
The next task.
The next version of ourselves, but today, I honored this version of me.
The one who showed up.
The one who followed through.
The one who is still becoming.
This is what balance looks like for me right now. Not perfection. Not pause forever. Just a moment to say, “I’m proud of you.”
