What to do when no one is watching…
Most players think getting better happens at practice. It doesn’t. It happens in the 15–30 minutes you choose to put in when no coach is there, no teammates are watching, and no one is telling you what to do. That’s where confidence is built. That’s where consistency comes from. Here’s a simple at-home plan (no field needed): ✅ 25 dry swings (focus on balance + finish) ✅ 10 minutes of tee work or front toss (if you have space) ✅ 25 throws or wall work (focus on accuracy) ✅ 5 minutes of mental reps (visualize success in game situations) Do this 4–5 days a week and you will separate yourself—from the field.

Practice Habits
This week as teams are settling into their tournament routines. I have noticed some players are doing less and less at home. This is the time of year where those players with the best practice habits start to separate from the pack. If you are not where you want to be with your role on the team...it's on you to change it.

Final Thought Friday
The season starts today. The work has been put in—the early mornings, the reps, the grind when no one was watching. Now it’s time to showcase that growth. Play fearless. Trust your preparation. Compete with confidence. You’re ready.
