Here is a custom video breakdown from today.
This custom video breakdown is the type of insight and support you can expect from my swing assessments or my VIP Mentorship. I enjoy helping players conquer the issues that are holding them back. https://youtu.be/lssh-8NZHpI

Custom Video Assessment
Get a clear, personalized plan to improve your swing—without guessing. The Custom Video Assessment is a video-based breakdown of your hitter’s mechanics, timing, and approach, with simple, actionable fixes you can start using immediately. You’ll submit a few short swing videos, and you’ll receive a detailed analysis that shows what’s helping, what’s holding you back, and exactly what to work on next—with drills and cues that fit your age, level, and goals. What you get - Complete swing evaluation (load, stride, timing, hip/hand sequence, contact position, posture, bat path, finish) - Top 3 priorities to focus on first (so you’re not overwhelmed) - Personalized drills + cue words to train the changes the right way - Video feedback (easy to re-watch and apply during practice) - Practice plan guidance for the week(s) ahead so you know how to implement it Who it’s for - Players who feel inconsistent (great one day, off the next) - Hitters dealing with late/early timing, weak contact, or too many pop-ups/rollovers - Players who want coaching feedback but can’t meet in person - Parents who want a clear development plan instead of random fixes What to submit Send 2–4 short videos: - Side view (open side preferred) - Back view (from behind the plate) - Optional: front view or game at-bat clips (Phone video is perfect—no fancy equipment needed.) What you’ll walk away with A simple, confident next step: what to change, how to train it, and how to know it’s working.

Train like we fight, fight like we train.
Watching the news on a downed aircraft in Iran he was rescued within the hour. A member of the military stated “we train like we fight, we fight like we train”. We are ready for this moment. I had this similar talk with my team this week. Practice is where you earn playing time and games are how you give it away.
