Hey guys, how are things going with the contracts? It's so quiet. I'm starting to get worried. Does anyone else feel the same way?

Been thinking about implementing this strategy that kinda makes sense, but at the same time I have conflicting thoughts about that.... When someone asks you for the quote either over the email or text or even on the phone. If it's within your area, a 20 min drive maybe or on the way to wherever you are going, it's whatever, but say it's a 30 min drive + and you don't know if the person is going to commit or not, with other words you are going to give a quote trying to sell your service, do you just go to places like that for free? it costs time and gas and to be fair, charging 50 or 100 $ for call out like this is nothing out of ordinary, then you can say this money is going towards the total price or smth . Here is that ,but on the other hand a lot of times when people are still undecided , meeting them in person could be the only way to finalize their decision ,whether they want to go with you or not. This dilemma is obviously applicable only for those, who don't have a sales person, which most of us don't . What are your thoughts? I just recently seen a guy, who was talking about that on Ig, saying that when a lead comes in, he gets their contact info and sends a link , where at the end of the description of all the services , before anyone comes out for a quote even, there's a deposit payment that the customer needs to commit and it screens out all the tire kickers that way. I like that and I'm not sure if this approach is for any industry or maybe there are some that might not benefit from it as much or maybe you gotta see depending on the situation? 🤔

Building My Name in Construction & High-End Flooring
This is my second construction project that I took on myself. This project will be completed in week 18 of this year. At the same time, my third project will start in week 18, where I’ve already begun with the first preparation work to make sure everything is ready before the official start. That’s how I like to work. Stay ahead, plan sharp, and keep everything under control before it really begins. Through these projects, I’m proving myself and showing what I can deliver on large new build projects. Gaining trust on-site, taking responsibility, and making sure the work is done right. After this, my goal is to start bringing in projects focused on epoxy flooring within new builds. High-quality finishes, clean execution, and strong planning. Not just standard floors, but projects with character. Bold designs where it stands out, and calm, clean, high-end finishes where it needs to be. Luxury spaces with an artistic touch. Three times is a charm. Step by step, building to Some big epoxy flooring buildings
