New focus
Every few weeks
The problem is

Strength takes time
Control takes repetition
Adaptation takes consistency
If you keep changing the input
you never see the result

Stay with the same core movements
and focus on improving:
• control
• range
• load
• intent
That’s where real progress happens
Not from doing something new
But from doing something better over time.
