I've started a new morning routine so I don't have that morning coffee I crave..
I start with Wim Hoff breathing.
I then do 50 press ups.
Then I stretch.
Then I finish with a cold shower 🥶.
I'm trying to reduce my coffee to 2x a day instead of 3x a day. It's going to be hard because I fucking love coffee!
But health is wealth as the saying goes...
Do you have any new health routines for 2025?
