Hey everyone and welcome! This community was created for one simple reason: To help parents feel confident training with their kids at home - safely, simply, and without needing to be a coach. A lot of parents want to do something active with their kids. They want them to be strong, capable, and confident. But most don’t know: - What movements matter - What’s age-appropriate - How to teach it properly - How to make it fun without making it random That’s where this space comes in. What you’ll find here Inside this community, you’ll learn: ✅ How to teach your child the fundamental movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, crawl) ✅ Simple ways to coach without jargon or complexity ✅ How to structure short, effective sessions at home ✅ How to build skill first, then consistency, then fun, then intensity ✅ Programs you can follow without overthinking This isn’t about turning you into a coach. It’s about helping you feel capable enough to train with your kids, not just send them to sport and hope for the best. A quick note: I’m currently in the process of building out all the modules and videos for this space. So you’re getting early access while it’s being created. That’s actually a good thing, because I’d love your input. If there’s something you’d like to see, something you’re unsure about, or a challenge you face when training with your kids, post about it.
