FB Pro Mode
Quick win for anyone who freezes up over "what do I even post today." Turn on Facebook professional mode (pro mode). Here's the whole thing: Open your page → three dots, top right → switch to professional mode. That's it. Now Facebook does something kind of great: it gives you weekly goals and tells you what to post to grow. Post in a group, post this many reels, keep them about this long. Instead of staring at a blank box, you've got a checklist. Two things I always add: this only works if you actually stay consistent (viral is a lottery ticket, consistency is a paycheck). And on Instagram I'd keep a personal account, not business. This one's a Facebook thing. Already in pro mode, or is this new to you? Drop "in" or "new" below. I'm curious how many of you have flipped it on.

AI Compliance in Regulated Industries - The elephant in the room.
A new course series is being released in the AI Edge classroom and these are ones EVERYONE should want to read, even if they put you to sleep at night. No one wants to learn about compliance, but we all should. Especially if you operate in a regulated sector for business. Moving forward I am going to release several industry specific regulatory course paths that speak about specified industries, starting with Insurance. I just published part 1 of a 7 part course dedicated specifically to AI compliance for insurance professionals. I tried to make them as painless as possible and have posted both text and video course options so you can skim the text or watch the video depending on what works best for you. When I started researching this I quickly realized that even most of the "experts" or power users are sitting outside the bounds of being compliant and they don't even realize it. This may be one of the most boring topics I cover, but it could be the one to save you the most money without question. My plan is to focus on my real estate partners next, but let me know in the comments if there are other industries you are curious about!

Free Values Matrix
I've sat across from a lot of people in this work, and one thing keeps showing up. People can tell me what they do, what they want, what stresses them out. Ask them what they actually value, the real ones, and most go quiet. That's not a personal failing. Nobody ever sits us down and asks. We just run on whatever values got handed to us early and never look back. I wanted this community to have a way to check that. So my team built a free guided conversation: five questions, about 10 minutes, no signup or password. You open the link and press Begin. At the end, you get a personalized Values Matrix in your inbox, your 3 to 5 core values, named in your own words, with the specific things you said that pointed to each one. I'm not going to tell you this will change your life. That part is up to you. What I know is you can't work with something you've never actually named, and now you have an easy way to name it. http://compasscoachingonline.com/values

How strong is your lead follow up?
So I read about reAlpha's new mortgage platform this week and it kind of reminded me that sometimes we over think things to our own detriment. Their system auto reassigns leads nobody's responded to, routes new ones by AI text and voice, and cuts document processing time by more than half. That's not marketing fluff, that's the actual transaction getting automated in real time. And it made me think about something I know happens to all of us no matter what industry we are in. I’ve had a warm lead sit in my inbox to long because I was buried in service work. Not because I didn't care, I just didn't have anything watching it for me. That client went with someone else and I found out from a mutual friend, not from the prospect. By the time I reached back out to them, they had moved on and never responded to me. Here's a fix I try to use now, and you don't need a corporate budget to do it. I tag every new lead in my CRM with a follow up deadline, twenty four hours max. If it's still untouched when that timer runs out, it reminds me and at a bare minimum I have some quick replies saved in outlook that I had AI help me draft that keeps me on their radar and gives me more time to follow up. That's it. No fancy voice bot required, just something other than my memory trying to keep up.. So here's my honest question for this group. Right now, today, if a lead came in and you got slammed with calls, is anything catching that for you, or are you the only safety net you've got? What is your process to be sure nothing is slipping through the cracks?

Facebook doesn't care how many people liked your post anymore.
Here's a thing worth knowing right now. Facebook doesn't care how many people liked your post anymore. Right now, a private share to Messenger or WhatsApp counts for more than a like and more than a comment. That's not a rumor, that's the actual 2026 signal update. Think about what that means if you're posting three times a week hoping the algorithm notices you. A like costs someone half a second and nothing else. A share means they stopped, thought of a specific person, and sent it to them directly. Facebook is measuring "was this worth handing to a friend," not "did this get a thumbs up while scrolling." So here's the shift. Stop writing posts built to be liked. Start writing ONE post a week built to be sent. Concrete example: instead of a general tip post, write it as something a business owner would forward to their business partner with "we need to fix this." Speak to a pair of people, not a crowd. Ask yourself before you hit publish: would somebody actually DM this to one specific person they know? That one question will change what you post more than any hashtag strategy will.
Facebook doesn't care how many people liked your post anymore.
