Monday Motivations with John is happening in 3 days
Are you still procrastinating because you don't know where to start?
You didn't skip AI because it's expensive. You skipped it because you had no idea what to actually do with it. A 2026 survey just confirmed what I see constantly. Cost and quality barely register as blockers anymore. The real one, way out front, is owners saying "I don't know how to use these tools effectively." Most of them already own the subscription. It's sitting there. Unused. Which tells you the problem was never access. It's direction. Here's the fix, and it's not "learn AI" as a New Year's resolution nobody keeps. That's a vague goal, and vague goals lose to specific tasks every single time. Pick ONE task this week. Not a category — a task. Not "use AI for marketing." Try: "draft the three follow-up emails I keep meaning to send but don't." Or: "summarize my last ten client calls into one page of patterns I'm missing." Hand it exactly one job. See what comes back. Fix it. Hand it the next job next week. That's the whole system. Small, concrete, repeatable — the same discipline that separates producers who show up from everybody still "getting around to it." You don't need a bigger plan. You need Tuesday's task. If you want a place to swap real tasks people are actually handing AI (and what worked, what didn't), that's exactly what this group is for. Tell us what you would like to use AI for and lets talk about the best way to get it done.

Are you still procrastinating because you don't know where to start?
Is using AI ACTUALLY saving you time?
I’ve read that Forty-two percent of workers who are tracking time saved with AI are saving eight hours a week with AI now. Eight hours. That's basically a full day back in your pocket, every single week. Here's the part that should worry you: half of them can't say where those hours went. Not because the time disappeared. Because it got swallowed by more email, more scrolling, more "quick tasks" that filled the gap the second it opened up. The tool did its job. Nobody told the hours what their job was. So here's a Reset, real simple. Pull up your calendar from this week. Find the spots where AI actually saved you time, be specific, don't guess. Now ask one question for each one: did that hour go toward something that grows the business, or did it just get absorbed? That's it. That's the whole exercise. Takes ten minutes and it'll tell you more about next week than any planner will. And if you’re reading this thinking, “AI ate up MORE of my time this week trying to do things. It’s not SAVING anything for me.” then I’ve got some classes being released that will help you with just that problem. Classes that don’t team you how to ask questions with AI. Classes that teach you how to create agents that run specific tasks for you on a schedule so that YOU DON’T HAVE TO. If you got time back this year and you're still not sure what to do with it, that's exactly the gap we work through in our Skool community. Come sit in on the conversation. Bring your calendar.

Is using AI ACTUALLY saving you time?
Something that seems time consuming
I send texts to new clients over the first few months. Thanking them for their business, asking for a review, reminding them of their upcoming first auto-draft and wishing them happy birthday. Is there a way to have AI automatically take the information I give it (ie how long from today to send a message, when the clients birthday is ect..) and schedule out the templates for me through the texting app podium?
Is AI actually slowing you down?
Every day, a new AI app launches with massive hype, but instead of feeling more powerful, you're likely feeling completely buried—and paying for subscriptions you barely use. In this module, we break down "AI Cognitive Fatigue," the hidden financial drain of collecting "small" monthly subscriptions, and how consolidating your workflow into the Compass Coaching Unified AI Platform is the ultimate cure for tech burnout. This was going to be a video that only got shared with our subscribers, but its just to important to not share with EVERYONE! Check it out, vote in the poll, and drop a comment if you can relate!
