Making a first community question easier to answer

Hi Jennifer and everyone, I'm Glen. I'm learning sales, practical AI and how to make useful learning material easier to follow. My background is contracting, and I used to do paid card tricks in Denver.

I'd like help with the small moment after a community welcome: giving someone a question they can answer without needing a polished introduction.

What has worked better for you: asking what they're learning, asking where they're stuck, or offering one specific choice? I'm interested in a simple example that helped a real conversation start.
