I’ve been using Microsoft for decades. I have been having issues with them all year. Currently, I can use any Microsoft apps even though I have an annual business subscription. On their website, they have a link IG you no longer have access to the phone number on file. I’ve done it umpteen times and it still sending a code to the old phone number. I’ve created support tickets. Someone sends me an email saying that they have contacted the phone number on file and have been unsuccessful. They have my current number and no one from their company has left a voicemail or anything. Yet, the number is not updated in their system. I got fed up and created a Google Workspace account and it is refreshing. I can switch between work accounts easily I’ve learned now not stay with a platform because that’s all you know. If you have multiple businesses like I do, switch to Google workspace before. Plus, Im embarrassed to say that I never signed up for Google workspace before because I didn’t know you could setup your IMAP emails from another domain registrar. I thought you could only use a gmail email 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🏖️🤦🏽‍♀️

Hi, I’m Christina. I started my digital marketing journey because, honestly, I’m tired of living paycheck to paycheck and feeling like I’m barely keeping my head above water. I’ve tried debt consolidation. I’ve worked extensive overtime, only to realize I was missing out on precious time with my daughters and granddaughter just to make ends meet.
