You can have an AMAZING idea and still build a business nobody wants to pay for. Here’s the difference: 💡 An idea is what you want to create. 💰 A business model explains who pays, why they pay, how you deliver, and how you make a profit. Before you invest in logos, websites, or fancy software, answer these 3 questions: 1️⃣ Who has the problem I’m solving? 2️⃣ What is that problem costing them right now? 3️⃣ Why would they pay ME to solve it? If you can’t answer those questions clearly, you’re not ready to build. You’re ready to research. 𝗔 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱.
