I’d send a polished PDF and had no clue if the client opened it or not.
I finally tested a tracking flow and it completely changed my follow-up timing:
- Store proposals inside Google Drive
- Track views automatically with Make.com - Create ClickUp follow-up task after 3 days
- Ping me in Slack to remind me
Follow-ups feel well-timed now and close rates are better. Worth trying if you struggle too 🙂
