Everyone talks about making more money.
Almost nobody talks about making money less important.
Think about it.
Most people spend years chasing a higher salary, a bigger commission check, or more clients. But what if the real goal isn't to make more money?
What if the goal is to become less dependent on any single source of money?
Here's the perspective that changed everything for me:
The wealthiest people I know don't necessarily have the highest income.
They simply have the lowest dependency.
If one income source slows down, another one keeps moving.
If one market changes, another opportunity picks up the slack.
They're not wealthy because they make more.
They're wealthy because they need less from any one source.
That's why I spent years in property, but eventually started looking for another vehicle that could complement what I was already doing.
Not because my main business was failing.
Because I realized depending on one source of income is a risk most people never calculate.
The interesting part?
Most people don't need a second job.
They need a second asset.
Something that works alongside what they're already doing.
Something that doesn't require them to start from zero.
So here's my question:
If your primary income stopped for the next 90 days, would your lifestyle change?
Or would your other assets keep moving forward?
I'm genuinely curious how many people have actually thought about this.
