It was mostly from my Skool community about Building Your Own Ground Up Duplex... so real estate investor types, really. Anyway... it was a good event. I PITCHED my AUCTION idea!

Everyone was stoked about it!

I'll pick top 10 highest bidders from my FB friends, followers, whatever to watch me build 4 sets of duplexes (8 doors) from the ground up! I'll share everything with them!
