I am a carnivore and hopefully can stay healthy this way

I'm 66 and have been on the carnivore diet since July 2024. In North Wales, UK. I went carnivore mainly to heal my gut.

Carnivore since 11/2023, strength training since 06/2025 - age 67 - getting younger all the time :-)

Age 71, started keto 11 years ago and have been strict carnivore for 5 years except for coffee! I live in South Wales but am a Londoner originally.

After having and episode of trigeminal neuralgya in 2019 I started my journey. 🙏🏻✨ I like reading and dancing!💃🏻 I'm 56 and I feel fine!
