My introduction and looking for PA-licensed attorney, ideally with wholesale experience

Good day, distinguished members. I am a newcomer to this group, though my association with REI is longstanding. I currently reside in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and am new to this region, as I originally hail from New Jersey. I am pleased to join this community after enduring numerous challenges, including health concerns and transient partnerships. It is a true blessing to be among individuals who offer genuine kindness and support.

Nevertheless, I wish to clarify that I am not here to squander anyone's time, but rather to learn how to secure deals ethically and correctly, rather than through disreputable means. In addition, I'm also concerned with the new Pennsylvania laws for wholesaling and am very interested in others' opinions on wholesaling residential or commercial REI transactions.
