Hi everyone, I'm Erwan
I’ve recently completed my commercial diver training in France (Class 2A) and I’m now looking for offshore opportunities.
I have a military background as a former combat diver, and I’m fully motivated to start working offshore and gain experience.
I’m currently OPITO BOSIET certified and available for work.
I also have a general question for those working internationally:
French diving certifications are no longer IMCA recognized, even though the training still follows the required standards and diving times.
Do you think this is a major issue for working offshore internationally?
Are there companies still open to hiring divers with a French certification?
Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
