I've been watching Mark's content for a long time, and now being able to interact with him, ask him for feedback and checking in on office hours, was the nail in the coffin to begin pursuing my potential as a human being🤟

Mark’s original content felt authentic, but after 10+ years, his new material no longer works for me. The polished “3 questions, 3 keys, 3 journal entries, 3 shifts” feels sterile and doesn’t address deep-seated loops. I’m left wondering how long before these “3 questions” are repackaged into the next framework. The supplement promotion reinforced my impression that scaling has taken priority over helping the individual. For me, it became marketing wrapped in intellectualized journaling.
