Welcome. You're here because you want to be heard, not just present.
Let me tell you what this place is and what it isn't.
This IS:
- A community of tech professionals who take communication seriously
- A place to practise, get feedback, and get better
- Frameworks that work in real meetings, not theoretical nonsense
This is NOT:
- A place to lurk silently and never engage
- Corporate presentation training
- A space for "just be yourself" advice (that only works if yourself is already a great communicator)

๐ Community Rules
- Be direct. We're tech people. Say what you mean. No corporate padding.
- Be constructive. When giving feedback: "What worked well + What would make it stronger." No drive-by criticism.
- Practice beats theory. Engage with the challenges. Reading without doing changes nothing.
- Share wins AND failures. We learn from both. Nobody here is pretending to be perfect.
- No self-promotion. This isn't the place to pitch your services, course, or newsletter.
- Respect the room. Disagree constructively. No personal attacks.
๐ฅ One Thing Before You Go
The #1 mistake new members make: they consume content but never practise.
Don't be that person.
Pick ONE thing from the Welcome Course. Use it in your next meeting. Come back and tell us what happened.
That's how this works. Theory โ Practice โ Feedback โ Improvement.
Let's go.
