What to bring from home, to save $$ and aggravation
For a week, 3 months, or an extended period, there are items that you use and consume on a regular basis.
True, many things in France are more cost effective, but a few things are extremely more expensive.
Here are a few off the top, some from research, some from experience, (OUCH)
1. MOST OTC medications, example, acetaminophen naproxen sodium.(Aleve), ibuprofen… Cost up to 1euro, $1.17 PER TABLET
All of these are in small quantity blister packs of 24 maximum, clear LIVER DANGER warnings
2. MOST OTC CREAMS and natural suppliments: Creams such as BioFreeze, Voltarin, etc will be approx. 35% more (with US exchange)
Natural supplements, example, Magnesium, Turmeric, Omega, MultiV…. 200% or more!
Using this FREE information, even on a short vacation, could save enough to have a romantic supper, (fr: diner) at a quaint bistro!
