What if you didn’t have to come back to yourself alone? 🧡
I’m Silvie, founder of Resilient Mind, and I’m so happy to welcome you to Come Back to Yourself. I created this space for anyone who wants to pause, reconnect with themselves, and explore EFT Tapping, Expressive Art & Personal Growth. Here, we’ll explore: ✨ EFT Tapping — simple practices to work with emotions and everyday challenges. 🎨 Expressive Art — a creative way to explore and express what’s going on inside, without needing to be an artist. 🌿 Community Connection — sharing, encouragement, inspiration and growing together. This is a space to reconnect, create, belong and grow. 🧡 I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s come back to ourselves — together. ✨

🌿 STOP PUTTING YOURSELF LAST — A FEW MINUTES FOR YOU BEFORE THURSDAY
Ladies, our FREE 30-minute EFT Tapping Reset is coming up this Thursday. 🧡 Thursday, 8 October 🕚 11:00 AM Spain 🇦🇺 7:00 PM Brisbane Before the session, I’d love you to take a few quiet minutes to prepare. Think of one specific situation where you feel you are putting yourself last. For example: 👉 “Every time I finally want to rest, I feel guilty.” Then simply notice: - What emotion comes up? - Where, if anywhere, do you notice it in your body? You don’t need to analyse anything or find the perfect words — simply notice what is there. 📄 I’ve attached a short preparation sheet that you can fill in and keep beside you during the session. 🌸 One little Skool reminder If you haven’t completed your Skool profile yet, please add a profile picture — it can be a photo of yourself, your cat, a flower, or anything you like. 🐱🌸 Skool requires a profile picture and bio to complete your profile and access the community. And don’t worry about the 0–10 scale yet. We’ll do the 0–10 intensity check of your emotions together at the beginning of the live session. You don’t need to rate yourself beforehand. Come just as you are. 🧡 I’m looking forward to spending this gentle time together with you. See you Thursday! 🌿

🌿 Exercise: Is This Thought True?
Purpose To learn to notice your thoughts instead of automatically believing or reacting to them. 1. NOTICE THE THOUGHT Think of something that has been bothering you recently. Write the thought exactly as it appears in your mind: “____________________________________________” Don’t try to make it sound better. Just write what your mind is telling you. 2. PAUSE Take a slow breath. Now say: “I am having the thought that…” Repeat your thought: “I am having the thought that __________________________.” Pause for a moment and notice what changes when you put these words in front of the thought. You are not saying the thought is true or false. You are simply recognising that it is a thought you are having. 3. INVESTIGATE THE THOUGHT Ask yourself: - Is this definitely true? - What evidence do I have that supports this thought? - What evidence do I have that doesn’t support it? - Am I predicting the future? - Am I assuming I know what someone else is thinking? - Am I looking at this situation from only one perspective? - Am I being harder on myself than I would be on a friend? Take your time. There is no “right” answer. 4. FIND A MORE BALANCED THOUGHT Don’t force yourself to replace the thought with something unrealistically positive. Instead, find a thought that feels more realistic, kind and helpful. Example 1 ❌ “Nobody cares about me.” → “I’m feeling disconnected right now, but that doesn’t mean nobody cares about me.” Example 2 ❌ “I always get things wrong.” → “I made a mistake. I can learn from it without making it mean something about my worth.” Your more balanced thought: “__________________________________________________” 5. CHOOSE YOUR RESPONSE Now ask yourself: “If I didn’t have to believe this thought, what would I choose to do next?” Choose one small action that supports you rather than the thought. For example: Thought: “Nobody wants to spend time with me.” Instead of withdrawing, I could: Message a friend and ask if they would like to meet for coffee.

WHAT IF YOUR REACTION ISN’T REALLY ABOUT WHAT JUST HAPPENED?
We all get triggered. We get angry. We get hurt. We overthink. We react. And that doesn’t mean we’re not resilient. Sometimes, what happens today touches something much older — a belief or emotional pattern we learned somewhere along the way: “I’m not good enough.” “I’m not worthy.” “I have to please everyone.” Suddenly, the reaction feels much bigger than the situation itself. Resilience isn’t about never feeling difficult emotions. It’s about becoming aware of what’s happening underneath them, learning to regulate yourself, and not letting every trigger take control. This is one of the reasons I love EFT tapping. Through regular practice, EFT can help you work with emotional patterns and create space for a different response. You can’t control everything that happens to you. But you can learn not to let every trigger control you. That is resilience. Come back to yourself.🧡

WHAT IF YOUR REACTION ISN’T REALLY ABOUT WHAT JUST HAPPENED?
Life will always bring challenges...
Life will always bring challenges — new places, changes, relationships, work, health, and unexpected moments. We can't control everything that happens around us. But we can learn how to support ourselves through it. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle mind-body practice that combines focused attention, words and tapping on acupressure points. It gives you a moment to pause, connect with what you're feeling and create space for a different response. With practice, you may begin to notice: ✨ More calm in everyday situations ✨ Less emotional overwhelm ✨ Greater awareness of your needs ✨ More confidence in yourself ✨ More presence with the people you love ✨ Healthier ways of responding to life's challenges EFT is not about never feeling difficult emotions. It's about learning that you can feel them — and still come back to yourself. 🌿 Research into EFT continues to grow, with promising findings particularly around stress and anxiety. And perhaps the most empowering part? You can learn tools that you can carry with you — wherever life takes you. 🤍 What would you love to feel more of in your everyday life — calm, confidence, clarity or connection?
