I'm Amiee. Trauma-informed and nervous system-aware certified personal trainer and holistic coach. I have lived the patterns I coach and I built Come Alive Co. as a pathway to meet your humanity with compassion, and find real freedom.
Month-to-month membership. No contracts. One full year of content, community, and coaching that gives your nervous system small, repeated experiences of safety through theologically grounded somatic work and strength training. Through felt experience rather than just information, your body slowly adapts, learning little by little, that it's safe to come out of survival.
After a full year, you will have experienced felt safety in three places...within yourself, with others, and with God.
